We accept cash or checks at time of appointment, and credit card payments can be processed by calling our billing company.
INSURANCE
Most insurance will cover some of the cost of mental health services. The client is responsible to pay all costs not covered by insurance. The various Newman Avenue clinicians are on different insurance and EAP provider panels and are authorized providers for Medicaid and Medicare.
Billing
Newman Avenue Associates has dedicated staff for verifying insurance claims and collecting fees. To find out if the clinician providing services to you is an authorized provider for your specific insurance plan, please contact our billing and insurance team.

Individual, Family, or Marital Session (60 minutes) $150
Individual, Family, or Marital Session (45 minutes) $125
Individual, Family, or Marital Session (30 minutes) $75
Standard Consultation Session (60 minutes) $150.00 - $225.00
Initial Evaluation Session with Resident in Counseling (60 minutes) $100
Standard Session with Resident in Counseling (45 minutes) $65
Fee for a missed session or session canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice $50.00
Fee for a returned check $25.00
